If you've found an article citation but not the full text, you can use the Library search bar (put the whole title in quotes), or go directly to a database to access the article.

A publisher database, such as ScienceDirect or IEEE Xplore

A subject database with journals from many publishers such as EBSCOhost Databases or ProQuest Central

Articles from a specific journal, magazine or newspaper
