UPDATE: Since faculty are working remotely during the spring 2020 semester, students will need to get the title page signatures of their advisors/chairpersons electronically. Undergraduates: contact your program director if you need assistance. Graduate students: contact the Office of Graduate Academics and Student Success at [email protected]

Master’s and PhD students are required to submit their papers to ProQuest ETD Administrator where the formatting will be reviewed by Samuel C. Williams Library staff.

Senior thesis/design/project students will submit their paper for review as a PDF to [email protected]

Students are strongly encouraged to start the submission process in advance of the acceptance deadline so Library staff can have ample time to review the paper for formatting edits. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for final submission date.

All students are responsible for preparing their thesis or dissertation in the proper format dictated by the university. Students are urged to carefully review the formatting and submission instructions before submitting their paper for review.
