Borrow & Renew

Borrowing

The Library has books, course reserves, laptops, and other materials to borrow at the Circulation Desk. Current Stevens students, faculty, and staff are eligible to borrow these materials. Alumni are eligible with a valid alumni card.

Students & Staff

• Item limit: Maximum of 10 books at a time

Faculty

• Item limit: Maximum of 15 books at a time
• Initial lending period: 120 days
• Contact Circulation Services Manager John Cruz if you need to check out more items at one time.

Renewals

• A book can be renewed 10 times unless there is a recall or hold placed on the book. For additional renewals, the book must be presented at the Circulation Desk. Policies about holds, recalls and fines can be found on the Borrow & Renew page.
